At CBI’s 9th Annual Pharmaceutical Compliance Congress in January, John Patrick Oroho Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer of Porzio Pharmaceutical Services and Principal of Porzio, Bromberg & Newman P.C.; will speak on Maine becoming the first state to repeal its disclosure requirements. Additionally, he will examine sample transparency reporting at a state and federal level as more companies trend towards assigning this responsibility to aggregate spend teams.
