October 15, 2010
Solving the Aggregate Spend Puzzle
Aggregate Spend Forum: Solving the Aggregate Spend Puzzle
Porzio’s Sixth Annual Compliance Forum on Friday, October 15, is all about aggregate spending and will provide the information that pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device companies need to prepare for the federal “Sunshine” provisions of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) and stay on top of state laws that require separate aggregate spend reporting.
For the first time this year, the Forum will be held in partnership with Seton Hall University, School of Law's (SHU) Center for Health & Pharmaceutical Law & Policy. It is a stand-alone forum that follows the Law School’s 4-day Healthcare Compliance Certification Program. It will run from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m at SHU in Newark, New Jersey.
The program includes the following sessions:
- Basics of the Sunshine Provisions and State Laws
- A 360-Degree View of HCP Interactions and Financial Transactions
- Industry Benchmarks from the 2010 MA Disclosure Submission
- Tools, Solutions and What You Need to be Prepared
- Panel Discussion – Members of Compliance, IT, Sales and Marketing Teams
Please RSVP by October 8, 2010 at rsvp@pbnlaw.com. For further information, please email stzekian@pbnlaw.com.
