Minimizing Product Liability Risk Topic of DIA Session

Linda Pissott Reig made a presentation on “Minimizing Product Liability Risk in the European Union and the USA” at The Drug Information Association (DIA) Annual Meeting in Washington D.C. According to DIA, the session provided an overview of the drug product liability rules and also strategies for management of the associated risks in the United States and the European Union as well as the impact of the EU law on the EU member states’ national legislations.
