ANNE E. WAGSTAFF is a Manager of Regulatory and Compliance Services for Porzio Pharmaceutical Services, LLC. As a manager, she participates in various licensing projects by ensuring that all applications are accurate and prepared in accordance with relevant state laws and regulations. She is currently working to develop new PPS databases focused on keeping the industry apprised of various enforcement actions, and she often conducts quality control reviews of current databases to confirm that they are accurate and current.
Ms. Wagstaff is also an associate of Porzio, Bromberg & Newman P.C. and a member of the firm’s Pharmaceutical Marketing and Sales Compliance Department. In this role, Ms. Wagstaff counsels pharmaceutical, biologics, and medical device manufacturers on the ramifications of various federal and state laws. By analyzing state laws and regulations, she can evaluate whether these entities maintain the appropriate distribution licenses for their facilities. Ms. Wagstaff also assists clients in developing and implementing policies and procedures in connection with their compliance program. As a former member of the firm’s Complex Tort Practice Group, she has experience in the area of pharmaceutical, mass tort, and product liability litigation.
Ms. Wagstaff received her J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School, cum laude in 2005. After graduation, she clerked for Justice McDougall of the Supreme Court of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia. In 2001, she was awarded a B.A. in History, summa cum laude, from Providence College and a Fulbright Fellowship from the U.S. Department of State.
