AUDREY F. DEGUARDE is an Associate Manager of Aggregate Spend Services for Porzio Pharmaceutical Services, LLC. Ms. DeGuarde oversees the core team of regulatory professionals responsible for developing, maintaining and supporting Porzio AggregateSpendID, PPS’s automated tool for the collation and aggregation of marketing expenses. In her role, she serves as a primary point of contact for new customers, assists in system implementations, prepares system specifications, and develops training plans. As a member of the company’s regulatory team, Ms. DeGuarde shares responsibility for customized compliance projects and marketing initiatives. Additionally, she performs quality control and regularly assists customers via the Customer Support Center.
Ms. DeGuarde was previously a member of the team responsible for maintaining the Transparency & Limitations Database of the Porzio Compliance Digest. During that time, she developed a thorough knowledge of state laws and the codes of conduct that regulate marketing activities. Additionally, through her role on the Porzio AggregateSpendID team, Ms. DeGuarde has become familiar with the challenges that life sciences companies face in complying with data collection and state and federal reporting mandates. Ms. DeGuarde has extensive experience with the development of compliance reporting protocols and the preparation and filing of sales and marketing disclosure reports.
Ms. DeGuarde received a Masters Degree in the Jurisprudence of Health Care Law and Compliance from Seton Hall University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers College. Her speaking engagements include:
