FRANK MINICHETTI is a Regulatory Analyst for Porzio Pharmaceutical Services, LLC. Mr. Minichetti is part of the core team responsible for monitoring and analyzing legislation related to life sciences marketing and sales compliance. Further, he shares responsibilities for product maintenance and quality control of the Porzio AggregateSpendID System. Mr. Minichetti is also involved in customized compliance projects, development of professional presentations, and marketing initiatives. He also provides help desk support for client product subscriptions for Porzio AggregateSpendID and the Porzio Compliance Digest.
Mr. Minichetti sits on the organization’s Information Technology Committee and acts as a liaison with PPS technology partners and vendors. In his liaison role, he collaborates on application development, system enhancements and fixes, reviews system documentation, and facilitates user acceptance testing.
Prior to joining PPS, Mr. Minichetti served as Director of Application Development of Information and Technology for a global online employment solution organization. Over more than twenty years in the Information Technology field, he specialized in system development, project management, interactive web-based initiatives, quality assurance testing and customer relationship management.
Mr. Minichetti received a Bachelor of Arts from Seton Hall University and certifications from the Paralegal Studies Program at Fairleigh Dickinson University and the Health Care Compliance Program at Seton Hall Law School.
