JAMES E. SQUIER is a Regulatory Assistant for Porzio Pharmaceutical Services, LLC. In his role with PPS’s Licensing & Distribution Team, Mr. Squier assists emerging and established life sciences manufacturers and distributors in obtaining, renewing and modifying state distribution licenses. Further, he shares responsibility for customized compliance projects, as well as the marketing of the organization’s products and services.
Mr. Squier was previously a member of the company’s Transparency & Limitations Team. As such, he shared responsibility for maintaining the Transparency & Limitations Database, a key component of the Porzio Compliance Digest and the Porzio AggregateSpendID system. His efforts included monitoring and analyzing state and federal legislation affecting the life sciences industry, and researching the policies of medical facilities and schools related to interactions with life sciences industry representatives.
Mr. Squier received a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Monmouth University.
