JENNA M. GERVASIO is a Regulatory Analyst with Porzio Pharmaceutical Services, LLC. Ms. Gervasio is a member of the core team responsible for developing and maintaining PPS products and services, including the Porzio Compliance Digest and Porzio Compliance Modules. Further, she shares responsibility for support of Porzio AggregateSpendID, the organization’s automated tool for the collation and reporting of marketing expenses. In this role, Ms. Gervasio monitors and analyzes state and federal legislation affecting the sales and marketing practices of the life sciences industry. Additionally, she shares responsibility for customized compliance projects, marketing endeavors and customer support.
Ms. Gervasio was previously involved in the development, maintenance and support of the Mid-level Regulations Legend Drugs and Controlled Substances portion of the Porzio Compliance Digest. As a member of this team, she developed a comprehensive understanding of the state laws and agency rules that regulate prescriptive and sampling authority of various mid-level practitioners.
Ms. Gervasio received her B.A. in Law and Justice Studies from Rowan University and a certification from the Health Care Compliance Program at Seton Hall Law School.
