ROBERT FERRI is Vice President and General Counsel of Porzio Pharmaceutical Services, LLC. As General Counsel, Mr. Ferri is responsible for all of the company’s legal affairs.
Mr. Ferri is also a principal of Porzio, Bromberg & Newman P.C. and serves as cochair of the Corporate, Securities, and Mergers and Acquisitions practice area. His extensive general corporate law experience includes, securities law and litigation, corporate governance and compliance, and domestic and foreign corporate transactions. He is also experienced in antitrust litigation and counseling, environmental law, pharmaceutical and insurance matters. He held positions of General Counsel at a New York Stock Exchange listed company and several large private corporations before returning to private practice. Mr. Ferri also served as a judicial clerk in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
Mr. Ferri received a J.D. cum laude from Brooklyn Law School in 1973 where he was an editor of the law review. He earned his B.B.A. from Temple University in 1970.
