SCOTT LIEBMAN is Vice President of Porzio Pharmaceutical Services, LLC and Chair of its Compliance Committee. Mr. Liebman oversees the development and delivery of the organization's compliance products and services, including those related to marketing disclosure and reporting, drug and device distribution, prescriptive authority and sample reconciliation. In addition to influencing new product development and managing customized compliance projects, he shares responsibility for the rigorous quality control processes applied to existing PPS offerings. As the creator of the company's comprehensive internal training program, Mr. Liebman personally educates all new personnel on the ever-changing regulatory landscape and PPS' role in fostering compliance in the life sciences industry.
Mr. Liebman is also an attorney at Porzio, Bromberg & Newman P.C. and a member of the firm’s Pharmaceutical Marketing and Sales Compliance Department. In this role, he oversees the performance of audits, gap analyses and risk assessments for life sciences industry leaders. He crafts and implements comprehensive compliance programs for pharmaceutical, medical device and biotechnology clients to facilitate adherence to federal and state laws and guidances. Mr. Liebman designs and conducts customized management and sales force training and counsels clients on the establishment of business rules, with emphasis on the development of significant loss thresholds.
Mr. Liebman received a J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2005 where he was a member of the Seton Hall Journal of Sports & Entertainment Law. He earned his B.A. in English and Religion Studies from Lehigh University in 2002.
